Carmen Fusco, 86, formerly of Mineola, New York passed away Monday, August 7, 2017 at home with his family. He is survived by his wife Marie of 65 years, his sister Angie Smith and brother Michael, his son James and his wife Karen, his daughter Patricia and her husband Kevin, proud grandfather of eight and great grandfather of fourteen. He was predeceased by his daughter MaryAnne.
Carmen had a barber shop in Mineola for 15 years before starting his career with N.Y. Telephone Co. He retired to Florida, first in Vero Beach, then Melbourne, and now Viera. He was Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus in Vero Beach, and then a member in Melbourne and Rockledge. In Melbourne Council he was Bingo Chairman for 10 years.
All of his achievements with the Knights, he was most proud of his family. He was a very caring husband and loved his children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren with all his heart. He was proud of all their achievements and always looked forward to seeing them and cheering them on. He was a great friend to all.
