Carmela Angelina Cavuoti Dandio, 75, of Branford, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2013 at her home. She was the wife of the late Frederick Dandio. Born in New Haven Jan. 15, 1938, she was the daughter of the late John and Catherine Cerrone Cavuoti. She worked as a bookkeeper for Yale OPS for 25 years and was a founding member of Local 34, Federation of University Employees. She was a Minister of the Eucharist under her dear friend, Rev. John Connolly. She is survived by her son, Gregory (Brandie) Dandio of Wolcott; her daughter, Jacqueline Dandio-Harris (Terence Harris) of Guilford; a sister, Patricia Carta of North Haven; five grandchildren, Thomas, Julia, Alexandra, Biagio and Mirella; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Deborah Jean Dandio and her sister, Anna Marie Rubino., 424 Elm St. (cor. Dwight) New Haven Tuesday, May 14th at 9:15.St.
