He is survived by his daughter, Teresa Elena Rademacher and her husband, Fred Rademacher; son, Carlos Vicente Cortez; grandchildren, Taylor Josephine Running, Jazz Travis Baker, Tyler Vicente Cortez, and Tate Dean Cortez; and great grandchildren, Annabelle, Emilia, and Kai; brothers, Segundo Cortez of Killeen, TX, Rogerio T. Villarreal of San Benito, TX, Leandro Villarreal of Wyoming, MI, Jose Luis Villarreal of Grand Rapids, MI, Anselmo Villarreal of Lozano, TX, Juan M. Villarreal of Lozano, TX; and sister, Clara Dameron of San Benito, TX.
The family will begin receiving guests on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 3 p.m.
