Carlos Jesus Chavez, born on Christmas Day December 25, 1932, passed away into the arms of his Lord on January 25, 2016.
Carlos enjoyed playing with his nieces and nephews, and he delighted in showing them his treasures. Carlos struggled throughout his life with mental illness, but the Lord has now freed him from his suffering.
Carlos Jesus Chavez is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro V. and Ageda G. Chavez, and his sister, Rachel Hughes. Carlos is survived by his brothers, Pete Chavez, Oscar Chavez, and Roldan Chavez; his sisters, Dolores Chavez, Mary Gonzales, Rosalie Rogers, Matilda Carson, Lucy Chavez, and Beatris Hill; and his many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Carlos Jesus Chavez will be deeply be missed by his family. His joy and laughter will be locked in the hearts and memories of all who knew him.
