Carlos leaves to cherish a lovely wife, Tonya Eikerenkoetter; three sons Carlos Jr. and Tevin, Antonio; mother Patricia Eikerenkoetter; father Reynaldo Tilley, Sr.; seven sisters Marsilina, Tanya, Lolita, Vadia, Nanita, Toni, Nafeesa; two brothers Berkley and Reynaldo Jr.; one daughter-in-law Tabitha and one granddaughter Danae; three GOD sisters Dawn, Andrea and Lauren; three GOD brothers Armand, Ron, Roy, Ian; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends.
