Carlos E. Santiago, II (known to family members as Boo), 26, of Bethlehem, passed away on Monday February 5, 2018, in Bethlehem. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of Carlos and Nancy (Lugo) Santiago. Carlos was a graduate of Liberty High School where he ran in cross country and played basketball.
He earned a Bachelor’s of Science at Kutztown University. He proudly served in the Air Force Reserves. Carlos loved computers, playing X-BOX, watching movies, fishing on his parent’s boat, shooting basketball, running, and loved the beach. He will be remembered for his big kind heart and was known for making people laugh.
SURVIVING: In addition to his loving parents Carlos and Nancy of Bethlehem; sisters Jessica Ramos and husband Freddy Ramos of Allentown, Angelic Santiago of Bethlehem, Natashia Santiago of Allentown, and Aniah Santiago of Riverside, CA. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
