Carlos D. Bicknell, 20, of Elkhart, passed away in his home on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 8:02 am.
He was born March 26, 1997 in Elkhart to Francisco and Chanda (Young) Bicknell, who survive him in Elkhart.
Also surviving are his siblings Dillon and Olivia Bicknell of Elkhart; grandparents David & Maria Bicknell and Linda Gray, all of Elkhart; great grandmother Dorothy Young; dear friend Bry Pendleton and a host of loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Carlos was an automotive enthusiast and would often help his father and his late Papaw Tim work on cars. He was very proud of his Mexican heritage and had a great sense of humor; his dry, snarky wit kept everyone smiling. He enjoyed ALL types of music; from opera to rap to old school rock, his music was a release for him and a way to relax. He loved animals as well, and besides his dogs Remi and Maggie, Carlos also longed to raise chickens, but he was never quite able to convince his family to allow him to build a coop in the back yard.
