Carlo Umberto DiMeglio, age 87, of Norwalk, beloved husband of Angelina M.
DiMeglio, died on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at Norwalk Hospital. Born in
Barrano di Ischia, Italy, he was the son of the late Luigi DiMeglio and
Elizabeth Discala DiMeglio. He dedicated many years of employment to Nash
Engineering.
He loved gardening tomatoes and Italian vegetables, as well as traveling
to Costa Rica, family dinners on Sunday, and making others laugh.
In addition to Angelina, his wife of 54 years, he is survived by his son
Luigi DiMeglio and his wife Liliana of Norwalk, 2 cherished grandchildren
Christina M. DiMeglio and Luigi E. DiMeglio; and a sister Angelina D’Acunto
of Sydney, Australia, her husband Joseph D’Acunto and several nieces and
nephews.
