Carleton Charles Foe, age 76, of Scottsdale Arizona, passed away on August 14, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Carl was born September 28, 1945 in Harbor Beach, Michigan to Ruth and Harvey Foe. He grew up with his sister Martha Foe Capling and brother Eric Foe. In 1967 he graduated Valedictorian from Sheppard Air Force Base, TX, and served as an aircraft mechanic in the United States Air Force. After graduation he was stationed at Williams Air Force Base in Arizona where he moved with his new bride, Patricia Copeland Foe, also of Harbor Beach, Michigan. They welcomed a daughter, Catherine Foe Price and a son, Brian Foe. Carl went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, and made his career in grocery and retail merchandising.
Carl is survived by his wife Pat of 53 years, daughter Cathy, son Brian, son-in-law Barry, daughter-in-law Kate, grandchildren Nicole and Justin, grandson-in-law Shae, great-grandchildren Taylor and Harper. He is also survived by his sister Martha Capling, brother Eric Foe, sister-in-law Sharon Hartman, and nieces and nephews Reid, Vicki, Cassie, Kevin, and Erika.
Carl was a beloved friend to many, many people. He made friends easily and his loss will be felt deeply by all.
