nd Ms. Carlene “Lee” McCabe, age 52, of Milford, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 in her home. Daughter of the late Domenic and Sylvia Webber Calamia, she was born on October 12, 1956 in the Bronx, NY. Lee was a typist for the Daily News and an administrative assistant for several law offices. She loved animals, rescued and helped foster many. Lee loved to sing, play the piano, and karaoke. She also loved camping and the ocean. Survivors include her son, Justin McCabe of Milford, two sisters, Cyd Calamia of Cortlandt Manor, NY and Rosemary Carniato of Mamaroneck, NY, and brother, Charles Calamia of Phoenix, AZ. She also leaves her partner, Rocky Colavito of Trumbull and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Adrienne Calamia.
