Carl Weldon Pace, age 87, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Friday, September 11, 2015. He was born on September 21, 1927. He is preceded in death by his parents, Truman and Virginia Pace; son, Carl Lamar Pace; daughter, Kathy Morgan; brothers, Roy Pace, Dewey Pace; sisters, Estelle Boyd, Thelma Brown, Delma Brown, Corine Painter, Shirley Dickerson and Oravell Tinch. He is survived by his wife Geneva Pace of Dalton; son, James Pace; daughters and sons in law, Deborah and David Defore of Dalton, and Elaine and Lee Parsons of Dalton; sister, Mattie Bedwell of Chatsworth; 16 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
