MILTON- Carl Simon Couch, 66, our beloved, has gone to meet his heavenly father. Carl died on November 18, 2010 of natural causes at his home in Kenosha, Wisconsin where he has lived for the past 43 years. Carl was born on April 22, 1944 in Owsely County, Kentucky. He attended school in Kentucky and moved to Milton, Indiana in 1963. In 1967 he moved to Wisconsin and worked as a machinist for Outboard Marine Corp. in Waukegan, Illinois.
