Mr. Carl Lindsay Riddle, age 93, of Clarksburg, passed away Monday morning at his home with his family by his side.
Mr. Riddle was born on July 24, 1921 in Clarksburg a son to the late Arkie and Cora Frances Dodd Riddle. He was the oldest member of his family, loved music and played for almost 80 years, member of the Full Gospel Mission Church, and if asked by anyone they would tell you he loved the Lord, he worked for 32 plus years at Pittsburg Plate Glass(PPG), and then for 15 years at the Goff Building.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Leona Riddle, 2 sisters and a brother.
He is survived by, children, Mary Springer and husband Edward of Clarksburg and Gary Riddle, Sr., and wife Rowanna of Clarksburg; step-daughter, Lucille J. Hollandsworth, with whom he made his home; sister, Gladys Morris, of Clarksburg; brother, Harold Wesley Riddle, of Clarksburg; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren also survive.
