Carl F. Osker, age 85, of DeBary FL, died Friday, August 26, 2022 at his residence. Born in Stamford, Connecticut to Frank and Mary Battinelli Osker, Carl came to Volusia County, Florida in 1992 from his birthplace.
Carl was a Sgt. in the United States Army. He was a retired lineman for Northeast Electrical Company, he worked there for 40 years and moved to Edgewater, Florida then to Palm Coast, Florida, where he enjoyed honing his art skills, even becoming a sculptor. He shared his love of art through teaching adult education art classes in Palm Coast for 8 years. Carl loved music, mostly opera and enjoyed western movies. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather that will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Kitty; daughter, Andrea Michelle Osker and her husband Jim Rushing, of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; grandsons, Connor Meyer and Griffin Meyer, both of Volusia County, Florida.
