Carl Edwin Rubenking, 77, of Anderson, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Community Hospital, Anderson due to lung cancer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, his daughter, Treva Jones and first wife, Phyllis Rubenking. He resided most of his life in Anderson, married to his current wife, Sharon Morrow Rubenking. He took her hand in marriage on April 1, 2001 and has been happily married for 13 years.
He worked hard his whole life at many different jobs but the two that meant the most was the 21 years as a mechanic for the county and the 12 years as a tire technician for Wal-Mart.
He is survived and severely missed by his wife, Sharon Morrow Rubenking of Anderson, his brother, Charlie Joann Rubenking of Anderson, his son, Jody Bonnie Morrow of Markleville, daughter, Nancy Veron of Tukila, WA; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
