He is survived by his wife Jan (nee Barkley); sons David (Ann) and John (partner Rose); daughters Lisa Patrlja and Amanda Montanez; grandchildren Serena (Blaine) Kingery, Steve and Lucian; sister June (Jerry) Snyder; nieces and nephew.
