Captain Charles Samuel “Chuck” Brewington, Jr., 54, of Fort White, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 26, 2022. He was born in Williston, Florida on September 17, 1968.
He is survived by his loving wife, Trish Hosford Brewington of Fort White; son, Chase Brewington (Chelsea) of Lake City and his step-son, James Kell Prevatt of Lake City; grandchildren, Brayden, Tyton and Brynleigh Brewington all of Lake City; his parents, Charles Samuel Brewington and Carolyn Jean McLeod Brewington of Fort White; siblings, Robin Hunter (Jamie) of Gilchrist County, Ramon Brewington (Theresa) of Gainesville and Richard Brewington (Robyn) of Gilchrist County. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Buddy & Jenny Hosford, along with niece and nephew, Oliva & Noah. Many extended family members, friends and several other nieces and nephews also survive.
