Candy Fellmy, 62, of Mount Ayr, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Candy was born December 23, 1959, in Kankakee IL. She was the daughter of Roger and Theresa Giguere. Candy had a strong passion and love for her children, grandchildren, and nieces. She loved going on the yearly Christmas trips spent in Chicago with her sister, nieces and children. She enjoyed anything that had to do with Christmas, including trips to Frankenmuth with family and trips to Alaska and Hawaii. Her passion in life was to always be a loving and giving mother first, and secondly her caring nature was to take care of everyone else even before herself.
She was survived by her 5 children: Spring & Kary Korth of Valparaiso, IN; Michael & Sarah Nestlehut of Lakewood, CO; Justin Nestlehut of Indianapolis, IN; Ryan & Krista Nestlehut of West Lafayette, IN; and Amber & Jon Adler of West Lafayette, IN. 5 Grandchildren: Jacob, Charlotte, Madeleine, Eleanor, and Remington. Brother in Law: Ronald DeMoure of Kentland, IN. Two nieces: Sherry Harvey and Tiffany Korth. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Kathy DeMoure, and grandson Matthew.
Candy will be cremated and a celebration of life will take place with her immediate family at a future date.
