Candice L. Niehls, 42, of O’Fallon, IL, born December 24, 1970 in St. Louis, MO, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Candice had been a data entry clerk for the civil service at the Mel Price Center at Scott Air Force Base and had attended Meadow Heights Baptist Church in Collinsville. Candi was a great wife and mother and also a loving, caring person, always willing to lend a helping hand.
She is survived by her husband William L. Niehls, 2 daughters, Mary Case and Beth Niehls, all of O’Fallon, IL, her father Robert Schaumleffel of Belleville, IL, mother, Kathy Oplt of Fairview Heights, IL, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Edward & Mabel Niehls of Jacksonville, IL, aunts, uncles and cousins.
