Candice D. LeBlanc, age 37, died unexpectedly Sunday March 26, 2017 at the Morrow County Hospital. She was born in Columbus on Nov. 10, 1979 to Michael (Kathy) Mask and Linda LeBlanc and they both survive. Candice attended Northland High School, after high school she worked collections for several attorneys. She was recognized by the Columbus Art Guild as an award winning writer of poetry. Candice enjoyed knitting and was a talented Tarot Card Reader. She loved the Grateful Dead and was a “Dead Head” and was a constant “Band Groupie”. Candice did Bible Study for many years in her 20’s and taught history of the Bible during these years. In addition to her parents, Candice is survived by her son Jonathan Blumfield; aunts Ramona (Bob) Littell of Cardington, Gina Blunk Embry of Kentucky, Diana (Larry) Renfrow of Kentucky; uncles Ricky and Rodney Blunk; brother Mike Mask Jr.; sisters, Monica Mask and Kaci Mask and family; cousins Randall Baker of Florida, Bobby, Betsy, Keana, Hawk Littell, Tommie Lynn (Zerrick) Columbe and family of Dayton, Angela, Myrna (Ken) Hudak and family of Dayton, Sarah Blunk Meyer and family of Florida, Monica Heath of Columbus, Jacki (Jack) Thompson and family of Mississippi, Vickie (Dale) Perronteau and family of Kentucky, Brittney (Dawn) Baker of Mt. Gilead, Brooke Baker of Cardington, McCutcheon family of Akron, and great uncles Kermit Johnson, Tommy (Marylin) Johnson, Tony (Claudia) Johnson. Candice was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Lenah Vowell and Ruth Lilly; aunt, Karen Vowell, uncle, Larry Blunk, and cousins, Raymond Baker, Jr. and Anthony Johnson.
