Candace Eccles McInturff, age 59, passed away on Saturday, August 22nd in her home in Grayslake, IL. Known as Candy to family and friends, Candace was born on November 24th, 1949 in Quincy Massachusetts to Alton and Pauline Eccles. Mrs. McInturff is survived by her loving husband Bryan and her devoted children, Jeremy and Kim. Candace enjoyed a successful career in the biomedical field focused in quality and quality assurance, most recently for Bio-Logic Inc. in Mundelein, IL. Her never-ending passion and talent for figure skating led her to both compete and teach, sharing the ice with Dorothy Hamill and Peggy Fleming along the way.
