Calvin L. Derr, 86, of South Williamsport, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2011, at the Williamsport Hospital.
Born April 4, 1924, in Elimsport, he was a son of Ruth M. Derr.
Calvin was a Navy Veteran of World War II and retired from Centre Concrete.
He was preceded in death by his wife, S. Virginia (Bair) Derr in 1996 and by a son, Bradley Derr in 2001.
Surviving are two daughters, Carol A. Stine (Steve) of Linden and Barbara L. Perry of Montoursville; a daughter-in-law, Amy Maffett of Cogan Station; three grandchildren, Melissa Droschak (Brian), Eric Derr (Christy) and Alaina Derr; and five great-grandchildren, Madison, Alexandra, Connor, Sierra and Bradley.
