After waging a courageous battle, against a relentless disease, Mr. Calvin Lynn Green, 68, transitioned on September 12, 2021, in Tampa, Florida.
Born to Curtis and Louise Green in Shreveport, LA, Calvin moved to Tampa in his early 20’s; he never left! His bonds, with his work families – WFLA and the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court – remained strong. His passion for the Tampa Bay Bucs was relentless.
He is survived by his loving sister, Dolores Green Smith; beloved children: Nicole (Brian) and Brandon (Rochelle); grandchildren: Lauryn, Kayla, and Carter; and an adored companion, Kathy. Calvin will, also, be greatly missed by his host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and nephews, as well as cousins and friends.
