Charles Vernon Fulmer, II, 55 of Newnan, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. He was born in the old Newnan Hospital on November 17, 1961. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Hill Greene. Vernon was an avid NASCAR fan who could always be found in front of the TV on Sunday afternoon cheering on his favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. & Chase Elliott. He also loved watching WWE wrestling. Survivors include sisters, Mary Fulmer Greene, Donna Fulmer Vogt-Demmons & husband Kenneth, Jeanie Fulmer Gaylor & husband Barry, Kathy Duckworth; stepfather, Donald Greene; nieces & nephews, Karen Mosley, Timothy Eric Vogt, Charles Evan Vogt-Tidwell, Crystal DeAnna Bunn, Barry Douglas Gaylor, Jr., Donald Brett Clark, Larry Dale Clark; nine great nieces & nephews.
