Byron Van Keppel, age 61, of Roselawn, IN passed away July 10, 2014.
Byron was born in Gary, IN the on October 1, 1952 the son of Barend “Barney” and Elizabeth (Klumper) Van Keppel. Byron was a Lowell High School graduate. Byron proudly served his country in the Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the Bethel Christian Reformed Church in DeMotte, IN. Byron held an associates degree in electronics and had been employed at the St. Elizabeths Hospital and the Jefferson Smurfitt Packaging Co.
Byron is survived by his loving mother, Elizabeth Van Keppel; Sister, Virgina (Jim) Vanry of Creed, CO, brother, John Allen Van Keppel and sister, Carol (William) Mak both of DeMotte, IN. Two nieces, one nephew and five great nephews.
Byron was preceded in death by his father Barend William “Barney” Van Keppel.
