Bryan Angelo DeHerrera was entered into enteral life on April 11, 2019 in Denver, CO. He was born on August 14, 2002, in Denver, Colorado to Madison DeHerrera. Madison’s father, grandpa Ronn DeHerrera helped raise Bryan from the very beginning. When Bryan was a few months old Joseph Duran came into his life and raised him as his own. In 2011, Adele, wife of Joseph, also raised him as her own. Bryan was the oldest of five, Ely, Philyp, Destiny and Jo’vany.
As a small child he was so smart he could say his alphabet backwards. He also taught his younger brother Ely how to talk or would talk for him. In Bryans younger days he loved hanging out with grandpa Jr and grandma Chris. One-time grandpa Jr took them to Ruby Hill to go sledding and he broke his collar bone.
He went to Barnum Elementary as a small child, West Leadership in middle school and most recent Colorado High School Charter. He was an outstanding employee at O’Reilly Auto Parts. In between school and work he would help his dad at the shop. In his free time, he would spend it hanging out with his friends.
In his earlier days he loved skateboarding. Growing up Bryan played many sports basketball, baseball, wrestling and football. He was on the Lincoln Youth wrestling team, Denver West youth wrestling team, the Pal Redskins football team and his t-ball team was called the lug nuts. Outside of playing on teams he loved messing around with his siblings, cousins, and parents.
He would be remembered by his loved ones as the funny, loving, caring, smart and loyal young man. Bryan’s favorite saying was “High Key” and “Low Key.”
Those left to cherish Bryan’s memories are his parents Joseph and Adele Duran; brothers Ely, Philyp and Jo’vany Duran; sister Destiny; grandparents Ron De Herrera, Jose and Christine Duran; many uncles, aunties, cousins and friends.
