Bruce Stetson Goodwin, age 76, died unexpectedly on December 10, 2020 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth following a courageous battle with cancer. He was the devoted husband of Cheryl Christine (Lowthers) Goodwin, both of in Boston on November 28, 1944, Bruce was the beloved son of the late Herbert and Dorothy I. (Blenkhorn) Goodwin. He was a graduate of Boston English High School, Class of 1962 and Boston State University, Class of 1966 where he received his bachelor’s degree in English. Bruce worked as a sales representative in the medical field, spending the majority of his career at Baxter Labs.Bruce had many interests and hobbies, including past membership in DeMolay and the Order of the Masons where he had served as State Master Councilor. He also enjoyed extensive travel with his wife Cheryl. Bruce played various sports throughout his youth and later continued as an avid golfer and tennis player. He had a great sense of humor and is missed by the many lives he touched.Along with his wife, Bruce is survived by his beloved son Gregory B. Goodwin and daughter-in-law Rebecca M. Whitworth, both of San Francisco, California. He also leaves behind his foster daughter Christie L. Kaplan, her husband Jeffrey Kaplan, and foster grandchildren Harrison and Hannah Kaplan, all of
