In recent years he and Kim were able to spend many weeks on the road with their travel trailer and beloved dog Lacey. They covered many miles throughout the western half of the US, enjoying time together, hiking and taking thousands of photographs.

He also enjoyed cooking and good food and loved having the family gather around the grill.

Bruce placed his faith in his Lord Jesus, and cherished spending time in His Word.
