Bruce Wayne Jones 62, of Ft. Wayne, went home to be with his savior on July 28, 2014, at 7:10 pm, surrounded by his devoted family.
Bruce was a graduate of Eastern High School, Beaver, OH, and proudly served our country as a medic in the U.S. Airforce. Bruce had a great love for life, and his many friends and close family bonds are a testament to his beautiful spirit and loving heart. Bruce enjoyed spending time with his best friend and soul mate, Don, his family, his friends, and his kitty cats, and hosting a weekly bible study in his home. He had many amazing gifts and talents which he joyfully shared with the world.
He is survived by his long-time companion and soul mate, Don Loyd of Ft. Wayne, Father Donald A. Jones of Ft. Wayne, Sisters Rhonda Baine of Rutherfordton, NC, Donna (John) Emley and Lisa (Scott) Patton all of Wabash, Loving Aunt, Louise Asher of Ft. Wayne, and many adoring nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his precious mother, Eula Faye Jones in 2003.
