Bruce George Orchard, passed away on April 26, 2019. He was 72 years old.
He was born in Pocatello, Idaho on July 10, 1946 to George Harrison Orchard and Carolyn Gregg Orchard. Bruce grew up in Pocatello, where he attended School. He served in the Navy and is a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was an Electronic Technician for Weber State University for over 30 years.
Bruce married Billie Roberta Morris on November 18, 1966 in the First Baptist Church in Pocatello, Idaho. They raised four children.
He was heavily involved and an active member of the Roy North Park Foursquare Church.
Bruce enjoyed spending time with his family and being involved in his grandchildren lives. He enjoyed singing and sang with the worship team at his church. Bruce loved museums, pheasant hunting, fishing and the great outdoors.
For the last five years of Bruce’s life he was labeled as the “Best Crossing Guard Ever” due to his love for children.

Bruce is survived by his wife, Roberta; two sons – Willy (Diane) Orchard, Chris Orchard; one daughter – Becky (Mike) Fulford and 5 grandchildren. His four sisters; Carol (Carl) Walker, Becky (Gary) Moore, Ann (Tom) Wilson and Ruth (Bill) Stanton. His two brothers; Fred (Gigi) Orchard and Ben (Tara) Orchard.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a son Andrew Orchard and his sister and brother-in-law, Don and Renee Robinson and sister-in-law Karla Orchard.
