Bruce A. Lipko, 64, of Upper Nazareth Twp., passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hospice Unit of Allentown. He was the husband of Diane E. (Autullo) Lipko. They celebrated five years of marriage this May.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of Appolonia M. “Pauline” (Unger) Lipko of Nazareth and the late Nicholas Lipko, who passed away in 1975. Bruce graduated in 1969 from Hellertown/Lower Saucon High School. He was a manager at National Auto Store for 26 years, most recently 12 years in Hellertown, until retiring in 2014. Bruce was a former manager at Amerada Hess Gas Stations and Co-Owner of the former Pied Piper Inn of Bethlehem from 1973-1979. Bruce was an accomplished skier, avid golfer and life-long “do it yourselfer.”
Survivors: surviving with wife, Diane and mother, Pauline, is a brother Michael Lipko of Bethlehem; niece, Breanna R. DeSpain and her daughter, Kayla M. DeSpain; sister-in-law, Maryann Archesi of Barnegat, NJ.
