Brooke Davis Marnell, 72, of Acme, died Monday Sept. 16, 2013, in the Excela Westmoreland Hospital. She was born March 2, 1941, in Langhorne, a daughter of the late Milton I. and Mary Brooks Davis. Brooke had attended Mt. Ida Junior College in Boston and later studied at the Pierce Business School. She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, Benjamin Marnell Jr., in 2012; and a sister, Mary Ellen Kreps. She is survived by her two daughters, Lynn Pepple and husband, Dan, and Laurie Rizzio and husband, Dominic, three stepchildren, John Marnell wife Sharon, Joseph Marnell wife Gloria and Robert Marnell along with seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
