Brittany Ann (Foley) Thomas, 32, of Albright, WV, was lifted up into the arms of Jesus, while in the presence of her loving family on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Brittany obtained a degree at Wheeling Jesuit University, where she received the Presidential Scholarship and studied Nuclear Medicine Technology. After receiving her degree she worked for WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital. After giving birth to her two children, Brittany dedicated herself to staying home to raise her children, working tirelessly to develop the beautiful qualities and traits they possess. She also followed her passion of caring for others’ children. In her spare time, Brittany loved being outdoors exercising, gardening, watching her children play ball, and working on their new home. She encompassed the values of community, love, and friendship. Brittany had an ability to touch lives through her compassion and random acts of kindness. Beautiful people do not just happen; they have a vibrancy and passion for life. She was a living example of God’s kindness and love, through her eyes, face, and her smile. It will be difficult to forget someone who gave so much to remember, but we will hold her in our hearts until we can hold her in Heaven.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her husband, Willie Thomas, whom she married on August 4, 2007; her two precious children, Tanner and Macy Thomas; her parents, Mike and Lu Ann Foley of Kingwood; two sisters and spouses, Rachael and Jason Lauer of Pittsburgh, PA, Megan and Harley Wiley of Dayton, OH; cousin and friend, Kelsey and Eric Clark; Aunt Kris and Kevin Thomas, Aunt Jane and Fred Koch; cousin Ross Koch; Aunt Jill and Dick Bowermaster; Aunt June and Galen Clemmer; Uncle Pat and Cindy Foley; father-in-law, Edward Leon Thomas of Mt.
