Brien K. Youngblood, 56, of Marissa, IL, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 20, 2021, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL. He was born on June 21, 1965, to Annie Youngblood in Mt. Vernon, IL.Brien had a big heart, making friends everywhere he went. He was an avid pool player, big movie buff, member of the United Steel Workers’ Union local #3643, and a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Brien always had a twinkle in his eye, was a huge teddy bear, and he will be missed by those who knew him.Brien is survived by his mother; Annie Youngblood of Keenes, IL, his beloved wife; Michaela “Shelli” Eichelberger, his three children; Justin Kemp-Walker of Alton, IL, Jenna (Kyle) Smalley of Mascoutah, IL, and Alysha (Tim) Brown of Lenzburg, IL, six grandchildren; Annabelle Brown, Willow Brown, Heaven Beckett, Faith Beckett, Tyler Smalley, and Caleb Ruiz, his sister; Carol (Wayne) Bancroft, his beloved niece; Shane Hesket, and a large extended family.
