Brian L. Chaney, 41, of Jacksonville and formerly of Decatur died Monday, August 18, 2008 at Passavant Area Hospital in Jacksonville.
He was born September 4, 1966 in Decatur, the son of Melvin and Geraldine Tipsword Chaney. He married Judy Marshall on June 1, 1994 in Decatur and she survives.
He is also survived by two step children, Lucas Marshallof South Jacksonville and Jessica Marshall of Virginia; two step grandchildren, Michaela Marshall and Russell Lucas III, both of Virginia; and an aunt, Jane Williams of Decatur.
Mr. Chaney was disabled and attended the Jacksonville Assembly of God Church.
