Brian Joseph Kelly was 55 years old when he passed away Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Brian was the heart of his big happy family. He helped shape each and every family member. Without ever speaking a word he taught many lessons and spread joy with his big smile and contagious laughter. Brian was blessed to have another family that loved him unconditionally and cared for him at Hunterdon Developmental Center for 46 years.
Brian was predeceased by his parents John and Lena (nee Locasto) Kelly. He is survived by his loving brothers and sisters, John M. Kelly and his wife Denise, Robert Kelly and his wife Christine, Annemarie Lee and her husband Mike, and Jeanine Osterlof and her husband Bill. Brian is the cherished uncle of Michael, Erica, Tim, Katelyn, Allison, Kelly, Jack, Luke, Jack, and Brian.
