Mr. Cecil was born January 8, 1972, in Glen Dale, West Virginia, the son of Kelly Joe Cecil and Sandra Peaker. He was a veteran of the US Army and worked for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad for many years before going to work for the US Post Office in Temple.
He was currently the Vice President of The Booze fighters Motorcycle Club Chapter 98. He was preceded in death by one brother Mark Sullivan in 2012.
Survivors include his son Colton Cecil of Belton, mother Sandra Peaker of Moundsville, WV; father and step-mother Kelly Joe and Christine Cecil of Moundsville, WV. Ex-wife Carrie Kruger of Belton and step-son Eric Sutton of Belton; three brothers Eric Cecil of Moundsville, WV, Donnie Tennant of Martinsburg, WV and Bobby Sullivan of Moundsville, WV and grandparents John and Rita Cecil of Moundsville, WV.
