Brian Edward Briggs, 53, of Windsor Mill, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021. Brian was born at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, to Jerome E. Briggs and the late Jo Ann Briggs.
Brian was predeceased by his cherished mother, Jo Ann Briggs. He is survived by his loving father, Jerry Briggs, his beloved siblings, Pamela Dawn Jones and Michael Jerome Briggs; and family friend, Shelley Lynn Baer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
