BAUER, BRIAN EARL, 67, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2011, surrounded by his family, after a long and very courageous battle with bile duct cancer. Brian was born and raised in the Buffalo, NY area, the son of the late Earl R. Bauer and one of five siblings. After attending the University of Buffalo and marrying his high school sweetheart, he spent two years in the U.S. Army. After his discharge, Brian was Used Car Manager at Kenmore Ford in Tonawanda, NY. In 1974 he moved with his family to Miami, where he and his two brothers became partners in and owners of a very successful tennis court contracting company, Agile Courts Construction Co. Brian is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mary Lou, his son, David and daughter-in-law, Tarri, his daughter Jennifer Jones, son-in-law Scott, and one year old grandson, Jesse. Also surviving Brian are his mother, Catherine Bauer, sisters Karen Geiger (Jerry) and Kathy Harris (Jim), his brothers Bruce (Barbara) and Brant (Patty), many nieces, nephews and countless extended family members.
