Brent E. Wirkus, 57, of Sugar City, Idaho, passed away June 14, 2018, at the University of Utah Hospital from a sudden illness.
Brent was born October 25, 1960, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Jared Henoch Wirkus and Colleen Nielson Wirkus. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. He also graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in Business and Marketing. His father passed away when he was 18 years old.
On October 18, 2008, he married Nancy McBride in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. From this union, Brent was blessed with Nancy’s five sons, Preston, Matt, Jamin, Cyrus and Kason. Brent and Nancy made their home in Sugar City, Idaho, where Brent was a rancher.
