Brenda Newbern Sanders, 72, of Lake City, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2022 at the Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City. She was a loving wife, stepmother, sister, aunt and friend to many and will be so very missed by all.
Brenda’s career consisted mostly in banking. She was proficient in her duties in every position she held. For many years she served as administrative assistants to presidents of two banks in Live Oak, Florida and also financial trust firms in New Jersey and New York.
Survivors include her husband, Ed Sanders; stepdaughters, Laura Milton (Al) and Kari Williamson (Richard); stepson, Billy Sanders; sister, Linda Newbern Smith (W.R. “Bud”); brothers, Lavaughn Newbern (Ednell) and Jerry Newbern (Martha); and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren also survive.
