Salem, Ohio – Brenda Lea Pitts, 51, of Salem, died at 2:52 p.m. on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Canton Aultman Hospital. Born April 20, 1960 in Salem, Ohio, she was the daughter of Rosa Blackburn Hite and the late Wilburn Hite. Brenda was a 1978 graduate of Salem High School.
She was formerly employed at Worthington Industries for 18 years and was a member of the Harvard Baptist Church. Brenda was an organ donor. Her husband, Bradley J. Pitts, whom she married May 9, 1987, survives her along with her mother, Rosa Hite of Salem; a brother, Kenneth (Janet) Hite of Buffalo, New York; a sister, Diane (Ron) Bowman of Salem; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilburn Hite and a brother, Terry Hite.
