Brenda was born September 29, 1946 in Rowan County, North Carolina to the late John Daniel Tyner, Sr., and the late Lillie Parks Tyner.
She was also preceded in death by spouse, James E. Drye, Jr.; daughter, Janice Ridgeway; and brothers, John Daniel Tyner, Jr. and James Tyner.
Survivors include son, Larry (Donna) Drye of Mount Pleasant, NC; grandsons, Zane Ridgeway and Zion Ridgeway; brother, Donald Wayne (Elise) Tyner; and son-in-law, Zelph Ridgeway.
