Brenda Joyce Montgomery, Daughter of late Sam Lavender and Matti Lou Spencer was born on March 11, 1950 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Brenda was granted her wings on Saturday, January 13, 2018. Brenda Received her early education in the school systems of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She relocated to New York and then to Maryland in 1975.
