Brandon J. Finn passed away on April 4, 2016 in Boise, Idaho.

Brandon was born to Paul J. Finn and Judy L. Finn (Roth) on March 18, 1974 on the Naval Base in Guam in the Mariana Island Chain.

Brandon married Ginger M. Hernandez on Sept. 23, 1995. Brandon led a very active life. As a child he played baseball and football, always of course wanting and being in 1st place. Brandon continued to play Legion Baseball, and then of course playing softball with his team winning 2 championships and going to Nationals twice.

Brandon had a love for children that just radiated off of him. I don’t think I ever met a child that didn’t love him. He connected at their level, it was beautiful to watch. He also had a deep passion for tree trimming, he always told me that trimming was his art and it was!

Brandon and I never had any children of our own, but were blessed with nieces, nephews, godchildren, and of course our furry kids. One of our most special blessings was helping take care of our nephew Layton. He took a place in our hearts that needed to be filled.

Brandon is survived by his wife Ginger Finn of 20 years; nephew Layton Lee Turrell-Williams (His pride, joy and sunshine)!; his furry kids Gus and Rita; sister Shauney Eborall and her husband Ric Eborall; niece Kelsey and nephew Kade; aunt Jennie Harding and husband Morgan Harding; cousin Bryon; uncle Jack Roth and wife Dee Roth; cousin Colby; sister-in-law, Pepper Stewart and husband Brian Stewart; nieces Kylea West and husband JR West, Taylor Gorringe, Hallea Gorringe; great-niece Katelynn (KK) Barbee; two great-nephews, Parker Barbee and Carson West; sister-in-law Tiffany Hardy and husband Jeromy Hardy; nephews Destin Hardy, Layton Lee Turrell-Williams; niece Ta’Leha Hardy; mother-in-law Johna Dorcheus and husband Rick Dorcheus; my step-dad’s children Levi Dorcheus, Amber Dorcheus Ashley and 3 children Mallarie, Matthew and McKinley. Brandon also had several friends that he considers brothers and sisters.

Do not worry about tomorrow; it will have enough worries of its own. There is no need to add to the troubles each day brings. (Matthew 6:34)

Brandon is preceded in death by his father Paul J. Finn and his mother Judy Lee Roth; grandparents Clifford (Jack) Roth and Betty Roth; our child who was never born directly to us; and also two very special dogs Nakita and Buddy.
