Bonnie Rae Geertz, the daughter of Alfred Campbell and Goldie A. Bell, was born May 2, 1930 in Hebron, NE. She departed this life on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha, NE. at the age of 79 years.
Bonnie grew up in the Hebron area attending school through the 8th grade. She was a homemaker. She worked at Ortman’s Cafe, enjoyed gardening and canning, embroidery, camping, garage sales and also liked to travel.
Bonnie was united in marriage to Jack Geertz on October 2, 1956 at Fairbury, NE. This marriage was blessed with two children Stan and Martha. She was a member of the Christian Church in Hebron, and belonged to VFW Auxiliary.
