Bonnie Jean Marks, age 80, of Salem, died at 10:42 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at the Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born May 23, 1933 in Iron River, MI, daughter of the late Clifford H. and Arbutus (Brew) Anderson. Bonnie owned the Wickett Shoppe in Lisbon and previously worked at Shields Dress Shop in Salem. She was a member of the Christian Church and the Order of Eastern Star – Salem Chapter 334. Her husband, Charley J. Marks, whom she married Dec. 30th 1950, preceded her in death on March 18, 2009. Survivors include 2 daughters, Niki A. Faubel and Roger Myers of Canfield and Jodi L. (Gary) Kohler of Salem; a son Dr. James A. (Cindi) Marks Sr. of Pittsburgh, PA; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a sister Maelynn J. Herzog of El Centro, CA. An infant brother James A. Anderson preceded her in death.
