Bonita Susie Johnson, 58, of Centralia, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center in Mt. Vernon. She was born June 6, 1957, in Harrisburg, the daughter of Howard Bowman and Harriett (Maxfield) Bowman.
She is survived by four brothers and three sisters: Bettie Anderson of Pinebluff, Arkansas, Wesley E. Martin of Centralia, Glenna Drenckpohl of Centralia, William Robert Vensel and wife Rose of Centralia, Randy Bowman of Centralia, Benny Bowman of Centralia, and Paula Jo Winkler and husband James of Centralia; several nieces and nephews; significant other, Daniel Walls of Centralia; her four-legged companions, Booger.
She is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ronnie Marquis.
Susie enjoyed drawing, writing poetry, music, and scary movies. She was an avid reader and she enjoyed reading detective and mystery-type books. She enjoyed children and animals. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
