Bonita Mary Hoffman, 65, of Great Falls, passed away November 20, 2015, at Peace Hospice. Bonnie had been diagnosed with Hydrocephalus and later diagnosed with cancer.
Bonnie was born November 27, 1949 in Morris, Minnesota, to Ambrose and Margaret (Suckow) Erdman. She was confirmed into the Lutheran faith at the Fairfield Lutheran Church. Bonnie graduated from Benson High School in Benson Minnesota in 1967. She furthered her education at the Willmar, Minnesota Vocational Technical School. Bonnie worked at a car dealership in Willmar as a bookkeeper and then for Bertas Implement in Benson.
She married Gary Hoffman (marriage dissolved in 2009) before moving to numerous Air Force bases in the United States and Germany. Bonnie earned several medals with her marathon runs while stationed in Germany. She made her final move to Great Falls, Montana, where she worked for Public Drug for several years as a bookkeeper.
Bonnie is survived by her sister, Lois (Chuck) Brandt of Minnesota; brothers, Marlow (Pat) Erdman of Texas, Dennis (Julie) Erdman of Minnesota; sister-in-law Etta; her nieces and nephews; her beloved dog Hannah.
