Bonita G. (Spatig) Peterson 72, passed away July 25, 2021 at her residence. She was born February 3, 1949 in Yuma, AZ to the late Johney I. Spatig, Jr. and Vera R. (Lignitz) Spatig.
Bonita was a homemaker who cherished spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, but according to her children she loved spending money. She was a very good cook, when you could talk her into it.
Bonita is survived by her husband of 32 years, Frank Peterson; son David (Michelle) Addison; daughter Christina (David) Carpenter; grandchildren Kelsea (Chris) Baker, Jordan, Chloe and Jarrett Addison, Shelby, Ashley and Carmela Carpenter; great grandson Kadin Carpenter and great granddaughters Athena, Aurora and Riverlee Baker; one sister and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, John Addison, Jr. and her parents.
